Using the app
You need an account to use Inventory Smart. Keep your sign-in credentials secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.
Your content
The items, photos, manifests and records you add remain yours. You grant only the permission needed to store and display that content back to you inside the app.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app to store unlawful content, to attempt to access another account's data, or to overload or probe the service.
AI output
AI-generated titles, descriptions and price suggestions are drafts. Review them before publishing a listing; accuracy is not guaranteed and pricing suggestions are not financial advice.
Availability
The app is provided as-is while it is in active development. Features may change and occasional downtime can happen. Export your data periodically if you rely on it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inventory Smart is not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Accounts that abuse the service may be suspended.
