Privacy Policy
Inventory Smart is a working tool, not an advertising business. Your inventory belongs to you.
What we store
Your email address and sign-in identity, plus the inventory data you create: items, photos, conditions, prices, purchase lots, manifests, storage locations, map coordinates you choose to save, listing channels and sales records.
Why we store it
Solely to run the app for you. Your records are scoped to your account and are not shown to other users, sold, or shared for advertising.
Photos
Photos you capture are uploaded to private storage tied to your account and served through short-lived signed links. They are not public.
Optional AI features
When you tap an AI action, the relevant item text and photos are sent to an AI provider to generate a title, description or price suggestion. Nothing is sent unless you trigger it, and the app is fully usable without these features.
Maps
If you pin a storage location, the coordinates you save are stored with that location and shown on your own map screen. Map tiles are served by Google Maps Platform.
Offline data on your device
Items saved without a connection are held in your browser's local storage until they upload. Clearing site data before they sync will discard them.
Your control
You can edit or delete any item, lot or location at any time, export your inventory to CSV, and request deletion of your account and its data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted on this page.
